As an advisor and CFO in her earlier roles, Deepti has led comprehensive portfolios in finance. She is an expert at strategic finance, fund raise, business planning, modeling, analytics, and commercials. Her expertise extends to investor reporting, implementing ERPs, process automation, risk management, and governance, with hands-on experience in M&As, due diligence, transaction closures, and exits.

With a robust foundation in finance, Deepti has been instrumental in building operational frameworks, automation, driving growth strategies, and enhancing profitability across multi-geography setups.

Adept at navigating the complexities of start-ups and scale-ups, Deepti has overseen key functions such as business planning, strategic initiatives, investor relations, governance, and deal structuring. She has played pivotal roles in securing funding, negotiating major contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and evaluating strategic partnerships and alliances.

Deepti’s prowess extends beyond finance into operational excellence, where she has spearheaded initiatives in cost optimization, cash flow management, automation and enterprise application, and international business expansion. Her leadership roles in organizations like Anko Global, Kmart, Sheroes, American Swan Lifestyle, To The New, Apollo Health and Exl Services underscore her commitment to driving impactful change in the digital landscape.

In addition to her corporate endeavors, Deepti is deeply engaged in social initiatives, including her commitment to elevating women in business through BizWise Women and other initiatives like Google India’s WomenWill, Sheroes and Mahila Money. Rohan Celly is a distinguished Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience building robust financial operations and governance frameworks for global organizations. His expertise spans complex multi-country operations, financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with deep knowledge of North American and Indian business environments.

Throughout his career, Rohan has been instrumental in establishing scalable controllership functions, implementing financial systems, and creating governance structures enabling organizations to scale rapidly while maintaining operational excellence. His expertise encompasses internal controls, audit readiness, statutory compliance and automation.

Rohan has led comprehensive portfolios in financial operations, including legal entity management, consolidation reporting, balance sheet attestation, and regulatory filings. His expertise extends to building control architectures, KPI dashboards, and proactive monitoring systems that enable early risk identification and operational oversight. He has played pivotal roles in Global Capability Centres, offshore finance operations setup, and technology-enabled automation.

His extensive background includes senior leadership at Bank of America, where he served as Senior Vice President and Global Finance Controller for 18 years, managing controllership functions across trading, corporate, and institutional banking businesses. His leadership roles at HSBC India and American Express, combined with his foundation in assurance and business advisory at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers, underscore his commitment to driving financial discipline and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Rohan has built large high-performing finance, operations and data governance teams, with high employee retention, and successfully established offshore operations that drive cost optimization and operational capacity.

Rohan’s educational background includes qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), certification as a Certified Financial Planner from the Financial Planning Standard Board India, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University.
